The STAT HFS (Hospitality Fax Server) allows hotels to offer FAX dispatching services to a guest's room Fax or mailbox. When interfaced to the hotel's PMS software, STAT HFS leaves a Fax reception notice in the guest's voice mail box and activates the message waiting lamp upon reception of a FAX message. The guest is able to retrieve Fax messages on his room fax unit, at the hotel's business center or, to an outside fax number. 

This system increases the hotel's quality of service and generate new profits while reducing costs of operation.
