The Campaign is a database containing a list of telephone numbers to be dialled for a specific or common purpose. Each campaign can include different Runs. Runs are used to process calls that need a specific set of rules or skills. An unlimited number of different campaigns can be created and each campaign can also include an unlimited number of runs.

The Campaign Module will also help determining the necessary human resources required for completion.
