• already imported

• called that were not completed

• called and successfully completed

• called and removed from the list at the called party's request

• called, wrong number

• that can't be called based on restrictions imposed by governing bodies such as the CRTC, etc.

These reports will also help manage the removal of such numbers from the list of valid numbers to call, therefore:

• increasing the efficiency of the call centre

• allowing credits for unusable numbers

• eliminating the risks of penalties for calling restricted numbers
