The STAT CTI Gateway for Norstar / BCM provides multiple hotel/motel functionalities by allowing a Norstar / BCM to communicate with computer applications of the STAT family of products via a CTI Link. Available hotel/motel functionalities are similar or superior to the ones available on the Meridian-1 PMS Interface.

The STAT CTI Gateway for Norstar / BCM includes features such as, call blocking in vacant rooms, voice mail initialization at check-in, customer language support, automatic password assignment, cleaning codes, room move, undo check-out, CPND, call data capture for billing purposes as well as real time extension supervision.
