GWS - WAKE-UP CALL SERVICE  

 

GWS (Guest Wake-up Service) is a STAT HVS option allowing personalized wake up calls for guests or residents. This service allows the initiation of wake-up calls through a voice menu accessible from the room's telephone set, or an admin set at front desk, or even from the PMS if supported. 

Wake-ups are performed automatically by STAT HVS. ''This is the  Wake-up call you requested, The current time is...'' . Additional features available shortly will include: ''Snooze'' and ''Multiple Wake-ups per room''.

This service allows hotel properties to improve guest services. Furthermore, this efficient tool reduces costs related to human intervention required to initialize calls.
