STAT HVS - VOICE PORTAL

 

The STAT HVS Voice Portal is an additional module available as an upgrade to the HVS Guest Wake-up service. This portal allows hotel operators to include voice menus inviting their guests, while getting a wake-up call, to connect directly to other hotel services such as  Room Service. For example,

''Good morning, this is the wake-up call you requested. It is currently 07:00 AM. If you would like to order from our room service, please press 1 now, to reserve a table in our dinning room, press 2,''  etc. 

The STAT HVS Voice Portal can easily be configured to fit the hotel's needs and will quickly become a very effective selling tool.
